On August 9, 2023, Jajuan Jarmon, a 17-year-old resident of Chicago, Illinois, was fatally shot in the Auburn Gresham neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred around 2:45 p.m. when Jarmon was near an alley in the 1100 block of West 78th Street. He was shot in the head and chest by an unknown assailant.

Following the shooting, Jarmon was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries. As of the report, there was no one ...
