Cesar Antonio Patino, a 72-year-old resident of Chicago, was tragically shot and killed on the night of November 19, 2023, in the Logan Square area. The incident occurred around 9:55 p.m. as Patino was walking to his car in the 3900-block of West Fullerton Avenue, following a family birthday celebration he had attended earlier that evening.
