Jeanette P. Cunliffe (née Calabrese), aged 57, passed away on Monday, January 15, 2024, in New Lenox, Illinois. She was born on April 24, 1966, in Chicago, Illinois, to Cesare and the late Patricia (née Piotrowski) Calabrese.
Jeanette was the wife of the late Clayton J. Cunliffe and the loving mother of Clay Cunliffe and Amber Cunliffe. She was also a proud grandmother of Eliana Cunliffe. In addition to her immediate family, she was a dear sister to several siblings, including Sherry, Angel, Teresa, Denise, Tricia, Tammy, Kim, Joanne, and the late Cesare Calabrese III and Nicole Ogden. She was also a loved aunt, great aunt, cousin, and friend to many.
Professionally, Jeanette served as the Director of HRIS/HR Operations at Sidley Austin LLP. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, going on vacations, and was known for always having a smile for everyone she met.
The family received friends at Kurtz Memorial Chapel in New Lenox, Illinois, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, from 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Funeral services were held on Thursday, January 25, 2024, with prayers at the funeral home at 10:15 am, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Jude Catholic Church in New Lenox at 11:00 am. The entombment took place at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery in Romeoville, Illinois.
Jeanette's passing occurred on the same day as her husband Clayton J. Cunliffe, who also passed away on January 15, 2024. Both Jeanette and Clayton were remembered for their love of family and their enjoyment of vacations and time spent with loved ones.
