Billy J. Parker, a 26-year-old man from the north side of Chicago, died on February 25, 2024, due to a shooting incident in the northwest suburban area of Niles, Illinois. The incident occurred near a Dollar Store located at the intersection of Harlem and Chase avenues. Parker was found on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds and was subsequently taken to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
