Robert L. Wodka, an 82-year-old man from Niles, Illinois, tragically died on July 11, 2018, from a gunshot wound to the head. His death was ruled a homicide by the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office. The incident occurred at his home in the 8700 block of West Madison Street, where his body was found in the basement along with that of his 80-year-old wife, Maryann G. Wodka. Maryann's death was determined to be a suicide.
