Ondrea Monique King, a 58-year-old resident of Chicago, Illinois, was fatally shot on August 31, 2024, in the Little Village neighborhood. The incident occurred in the 3800-block of West Ogden Avenue, where King was attending a gathering. According to investigators, multiple gunshots were fired from an alley, and one of the bullets struck King in the neck while she was sitting in a car. Her brother, who was standing outside the car, witnessed the shooting and described the event as "senseless". ...
