Keith L. Giles, a 36-year-old resident of Cahokia, Illinois, died on September 11, 2024, due to a shooting incident in East St. Louis, St. Clair County. The incident occurred in the 700 block of N. 75th Street, where Giles was found in his home with multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:42 p.m. by St. Clair County Coroner Calvin Dye Sr..
