Gregory Thompson is survived by his mother, Bertha Thompson of Washington Park, IL; his son, Gregory Thompson, Jr. of St. Louis, MO; his brothers Dinnell Thompson, James Thompson, and Willie Thompson, all of East St. Louis, IL; and his sisters Timmecia Thompson of St. Louis, MO, Carriecia Heard of Washington Park, IL, Alicia Ware of St.
Louis, MO, and Ikeshia Ware of East St. Louis, IL. He also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other dear relatives and friends.
A visitation service for Gregory M. Thompson was scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Gethsemane Church of the Living God, located at 1435 Baugh Avenue in East St. Louis, IL. The funeral service followed immediately after the visitation at 11:00 a.m.
