Keymarion Javontae Manor, a 19-year-old Black male from Macon, was caught in a burst of gunfire on February 23, 2023, at the intersection of Wren Avenue and Heron Street in Macon’s Bird City area. Deputies responded after a ShotSpotter alert and calls for help, and witnesses told investigators that two groups had exchanged gunfire and then scattered.
