On March 16, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred at the American Deli restaurant located at 363 Hill Street SE in southeast Atlanta, Georgia. The incident took place in the late afternoon, approximately at 3:48 p.m., when Atlanta Police Zone 6 officers responded to a report of a person shot at the restaurant.
