In the late evening of Friday, March 31, 2023, the life of 60-year-old Harriet Ann Turner was tragically cut short in Rome, Georgia. Responding to a call of a person shot at a residence on Springdale Drive just before 7 p.m., Floyd County sheriff's deputies arrived to a grim scene. Inside the home, they found Ms. Turner, the victim of a fatal shooting.
