On July 15, 2023, 16-year-old Jacob Johnson was fatally shot while working at an IHOP restaurant located on Panola Road in DeKalb County, Georgia. Jacob, a resident of Lithonia, GA, was a hard-working and ambitious teenager who had been employed at the IHOP for a few months.
