On September 23, 2023, a tragic shooting occurred near The Mall West End in Atlanta, Georgia, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including 17-year-old Derrion Johnson. The incident happened at 640 Evans Street, a location just a minute's drive from The Mall West End.
