On October 3, 2023, a fatal shooting occurred in Canton, Georgia, resulting in the death of 55-year-old Paul Miceli. The incident happened around 11:24 a.m. at a residence on Butterworth Road. Deputies from the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a person shot and found Miceli dead in the driveway with gunshot wounds.
