In the waning hours of a Sunday afternoon in Atlanta, on April 7, 2024, the life of 44-year-old Loquez B. Bell was tragically cut short by gunfire. The incident unfolded around 5:51 p.m. in the 700 block of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard in the city's northwest quadrant, near the Vine City neighborhood. When Atlanta police officers arrived at the scene, they discovered two men had been shot.
