On April 7, 2024, 44-year-old Loquez B. Bell of Atlanta, Georgia, was fatally shot in a tragic incident. Atlanta police responded to reports of multiple people shot in the 700 block of Joseph E. Boone Boulevard NW shortly before 6 p.m. Upon arrival, officers found two men with gunshot wounds: a 31-year-old who was alert and transported to the hospital, and Mr. Bell, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
