On May 30, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Gainesville, Georgia, resulting in the deaths of Rosa Ojeda Contreras, 55, and her husband, Zenaido Alejo, 60. The couple was found dead in a vehicle located in a cul-de-sac at the end of Deerwood Trace in the Willow Ridge development.
