On June 26, 2024, at approximately 5:01 p.m., deputies and investigators from the Troup County Sheriff’s Office responded to a shooting incident at 3891 Hogansville Road in LaGrange, Georgia. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Clayton Bartlett, a 51-year-old male, who had suffered a gunshot wound to the torso and showed no signs of life.
