On July 7, 2024, a tragic incident occurred in Columbus, Georgia, resulting in the death of 21-year-old Quentin Scott Jr. The incident took place at a parking garage located at 1028 Front Avenue in downtown Columbus. Police and emergency services responded to the scene around 12:16 A.M. after reports of a shooting.
