The incident involved a confrontation between two groups, one from Dalton and the other from Rome, Georgia. Delgadillo, along with Joshua Pedro Pelico, 19, also from Dalton, and Daniel Segura-Cruz, 17, and Robert Valencia, 18, both from Rome, were identified as the victims.
