Majorie Krystal Evans, a 44-year-old woman from Griffin, Georgia, was fatally shot on Friday, September 13, 2024, outside the Spalding County Courthouse. The suspect in her murder is her ex-husband, Tom Mallory. Krystal had been to the courthouse for a hearing related to their divorce, which had been finalized just two days prior on Wednesday.
