Eric Council, a 37-year-old man from Hephzibah, Georgia, died on September 14, 2024, as a result of a shooting incident. The shooting occurred just after 11 p.m. on Saturday on the 2400 block of Carroll Drive, a dead-end street off Windsor Spring Road.
