Terry Paige Hufton, a 27-year-old white male, was found dead on January 16, 2016, in the front yard of a home on Patrick Avenue in Hephzibah, Georgia. Richmond County Deputies responded to the scene around 7 a.m. and discovered Hufton's body. He was pronounced dead at 7:50 a.m. The initial investigation revealed that Hufton had been shot at least once, and his body was sent to the State Crime Lab in Atlanta for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
