Arthur Braxton, a 32-year-old male, was fatally shot on October 4, 2024, in Augusta, Georgia. The incident occurred outside the El Presidente Mexican Restaurant, located on 8th Street. Richmond County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the scene just before 8 p.m. and found Braxton suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at 8:45 p.m. An autopsy was scheduled to determine further details regarding his death.
