In the small city of Tifton, Georgia, a life was tragically cut short on a Sunday in late autumn. On October 20, 2024, officers from the Tifton Police Department were dispatched to a residence on Tifton-Eldorado Road following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered 18-year-old Jayquawn Jones suffering from a gunshot wound.
