Esnati Thalani Gurura, a 48-year-old Zimbabwean woman, was tragically shot and killed by her partner on Tuesday, November 5, 2024, in Athens, Georgia. She was found dead in an apartment on Royale Road, with an apparent gunshot wound identified as the cause of death by the Athens-Clarke County Police, who responded to a call regarding a possible deceased person at around 4:20 PM.
