On the evening of July 29, 2024, a distressing series of events unfolded in Northeast Washington, D.C., culminating in the tragic death of 38-year-old Ruben Jesus Munoz-Romero. A Hispanic male from Takoma Park, Maryland, Munoz-Romero was found suffering from a gunshot wound after falling from his moped.
