On June 5, 2023, a drive-by shooting occurred in Opa-locka, Florida, resulting in the death of Jose Luis Lucho and leaving a woman in critical condition. The incident took place around 1 a.m. at the intersection of Northwest 22nd Avenue and Lincoln Avenue.
