Ernest Charles Petway Jr., a 30-year-old man, was fatally shot in the Parramore community of Orlando, Florida, on August 23, 2023. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, with police responding to a shooting call in the 800 block of West Anderson Street at approximately 4 a.m.
Upon arrival, officers found Petway Jr. suffering from gunshot injuries. He was immediately transported to Orlando Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased.
