Luis Omar Ocasio-Capo, a 20-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 12, 2016, in Orlando, Florida. He was one of the victims of the horrific mass shooting at the Pulse nightclub, which is considered one of the deadliest mass shootings in American history.
