Ezequiel "Zeke" Ariel Almodovar, a 16-year-old from Orlando, Florida, tragically lost his life on February 20, 2020, in a harrowing incident that shocked the local community. Zeke was a sophomore at East River High School, where he was known for his participation in the junior varsity basketball team. His untimely death was part of a devastating murder-suicide orchestrated by his father, Ezequiel Almodovar Sr., a Customs and Border Protection officer.
