William Robert Tempesta, a 56-year-old man from Deltona, Florida, was found dead in West Palm Beach on September 10, 2023. His body was discovered by a passerby on the side of the road near 45th Street and Jog Road, specifically in the 5900 block of North Jog Road, between the entrance to the Ironhorse subdivision and the Florida Turnpike.
