Andrew Byrne, a 28-year-old resident of Palm Springs, Florida, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of March 31, 2018, in West Palm Beach. The incident occurred around 8:45 p.m. at the intersection of Webster Avenue and Pilgrim Road. Byrne was found dead at the scene by responding officers. The West Palm Beach Police Department immediately launched an investigation into the shooting, urging anyone with information to come forward.
