On September 23, 2023, a tragic incident occurred at the JTB Apartments in Jacksonville, Florida, resulting in the deaths of three individuals, including 3-year-old Kae’Lynn Matthews. Kae’Lynn, along with 24-year-old Keonte Johnson and 23-year-old Jaquann Mitchell, were shot and killed at the apartment complex.
