Sherika Edwards, age 25, was killed on April 23, 2015, in a drive-by shooting on a street corner in the New Town neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida. She was one of two victims shot that night, with the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office linking the murders to gang activity. Edwards was associated with the PYC gang and was reportedly involved in drug transactions at the corner of Tyler and Windle Streets.
