Sofia Tellez Lugo, a 17-year-old from Ocala, Florida, tragically passed away on December 10, 2023. She was found with a gunshot wound at a home located on Northwest 111th Court near State Road 40, shortly before 1 a.m. on Sunday. Despite immediate attention, Sofia was pronounced dead at the scene.
