Travon Kamel Warren, a 20-year-old resident of Pompano Beach, Florida, was fatally shot outside an Airbnb in Fort Lauderdale on March 9, 2024. The incident occurred in the afternoon, after a rowdy party had taken place at the short-term rental property the night before. Witnesses, including Jason Fogelman, a neighborhood watch leader, and his 9-year-old son, reported hearing five shots fired and seeing Warren drop to the ground as his friends attempted to save him.
