Eloilda "Ellie" Padilla Shea, a 39-year-old lieutenant with the Orange County Sheriff's Office in Florida, was found dead on October 14, 2024, in the Rio Pinar area of Orlando. Initially, the death appeared to be a suicide, as her estranged husband, Anthony Shea, had called 911 and reported that she had taken her own life.
