Albert Hanks, a 29-year-old man from Orlando, FL, was found shot three times on April 15, 2018, in the 200 block of Terry Avenue. He was later pronounced dead at the hospital. The investigation into his death revealed that Hanks, who was African American, had been involved in a check fraud scheme and owed $1,000 to Oscar Chambers, a 30-year-old man also from Orlando.
