On March 19, 2023, John Rosario, a 37-year-old resident of Waterbury, Connecticut, was found dead due to gunshot wounds. The incident occurred at a multifamily apartment building on the 300 block of Hill Street in Waterbury. Police responded to the scene at around 8:47 p.m. following a complaint of a gunshot victim and found Rosario with multiple gunshot wounds.
