In the spring of 2023, the life of 47-year-old Damon Spencer, a Black/African American male, was tragically cut short in Waterbury, Connecticut. On the evening of Saturday, May 13th, the city's police were called to investigate a report of gunfire. Their investigation led them to the discovery of Spencer, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
