Hector Fabián Domínguez, a 44-year-old resident of West Haven, Connecticut, passed away on February 4, 2024. He was found in the area of Campbell Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds around 2:00 a.m. and was subsequently transported to an area hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
