In the early morning hours of February 4, 2024, the quiet of a West Haven, Connecticut street was broken by the discovery of a gravely wounded man. Hector Fabián Domínguez, a 44-year-old Hispanic male, was found on Campbell Avenue with multiple gunshot wounds. First responders arrived at the scene around 2:00 a.m. and quickly transported him to a nearby hospital in a desperate attempt to save his life.
