In the early spring of 2023, the life of Marcus 'Meechi Glo' Pyne, a 30-year-old Black/African American man, was violently cut short in Aurora, Colorado. On March 1st, Pyne was ambushed outside of the apartment he shared with his girlfriend and their infant child. The attack was sudden and brutal; he was shot eight times in the back, arms, and legs.
