On the evening of March 16, 2024, in a converted hotel serving as a homeless shelter in Denver, Colorado, a tragic event unfolded, leaving two people dead. Dustin Nunn, a 38-year-old white male, and Sandra Cervantes, a 43-year-old Hispanic female, were discovered deceased inside a residential room. The discovery was made at approximately 9:20 p.m. at the former DoubleTree hotel located at 4040 North Quebec Street, a facility that had been repurposed to provide housing for the city's homeless pop ...
