On February 7, 2023, a shooting incident occurred in Little Rock, Arkansas, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Justin Fletcher. The incident took place near the intersection of 27th Street and Scott Street, specifically around the area of 2701 South Scott Street and the intersection of West Daisy Bates and Broadway Street.
