In the early afternoon hours of July 29, 2023, the life of 49-year-old Christopher Garland Harris, a Black male, was tragically cut short in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. The events of that day began to unfold around 1:08 P.M. when police officers were called to the vicinity of 801 South Myrtle Street in response to reports of gunfire.
