In the winter of 2023, a life was tragically cut short in Fort Smith, Arkansas, leaving a community in mourning. Fifteen-year-old Bailey Smith, a male with a reputation for having a big heart, became the victim of a fatal shooting on the evening of Wednesday, December 6th.
