Daryll Lance Dillard Jr., aged 32, was killed on November 20, 2016, in Miami, Florida. His death is classified as an unsolved homicide by the Miami Police Department, which continues to seek new leads in hopes of solving the case. Daryll, who was also known as "D.J.," had recently celebrated his birthday on November 18, 2016, just days before his tragic death. He was remembered for his love of sports, particularly football, as well as his outgoing personality and positive spirit.
