In the early morning hours of Thursday, November 30, 2023, a violent altercation inside a residence on Church Street in Charleston, Arkansas, ended in the death of 43-year-old Daniel Davis. The Franklin County Sheriff's Office received a call and responded to the home at approximately 1:51 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Davis inside the residence, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced deceased at the scene.
