In the early evening of April 15, 2024, the Pine Bluff Police Department received a call reporting a shooting at a residence located at 1918 S. Arlington. Upon their arrival just after 7:30 PM, officers discovered two individuals inside the home who had been shot. One of the men was 33-year-old Roderick Breedlove, who had already succumbed to his wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
