On a late Saturday morning, August 24, 2024, the life of 45-year-old Jeremy Rashad Hicks was tragically cut short in Little Rock, Arkansas. Responding to a shooting call at 11:53 a.m., officers from the 12th Street Division arrived at 3612 Foster Street to find Mr. Hicks with apparent gunshot wounds. He was urgently transported to a local hospital by MEMS, but succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.
